THE BODY:  ARTIST STATEMENT
Paragraph 1: 
What is the unit about?  How have we explored the theme of the body from the beginning of the school year?  (Remember: drawing from the model in pencil, color, and paint, self portrait as a baby, in the present, and in the future.)  Describe the experiences with these assignments and how they relate to the body. 
Paragraph 2:
Describe your sculpture.  What does your sculpture represent?  How did you create your sculpture?  (use art terms such as: armature, structure, wire, modeling.)
Paragraph 3:
What was challenging about this project?  Why?  How do you evaluate your work?  Was it successful?  Why or why not? 
Paragraph 4:
Conclusion - Write about the project overall.  Write about the unit so far.
