Digital Portfolio for Junior and Senior Visual Art Majors
Dear Juniors and Seniors,
This blog is designed to inspire you to continue to work on your Artistry as you build your Visual Arts Portfolio.
Take time to explore the pages designed for you that will ask you to create new works of art, learn about a featured artist of the month, look at my own work as it is being created, as well as visit the blogs of your fellow students.
I hope this blog is the beginning of your process in documenting your artistic journey.
Sincerely,
Ms. Salas

Welcome art majors!
Letter to Art Majors at DYP:
This site is an opportunity to explore, experiment and learn about the arts as you develop your own body of work. As an artist you want to constantly search for inspiration in expected and unexpected places. For me it is helpful to look at other artists and how they work. Often new ideas come out of seeing someone else's creations. It is also important to continue to experiment with art media to keep your art evolving and fresh.
Take a little time to explore these pages and maybe you will find some inspiration for your work.
Sincerely,
Ms. Salas
